Our Mission is to promote Jekyll Island to its fullest potential.  We will drive increasing traffic and entertainment facilities while at the same time making sure that Jekyll Island keeps its reputation as a safe and family oriented place to visit.

The Marketing division oversees many activities that include advertising and public relations campaigns, the operations of the Welcome Center, Interactive Marketing Efforts, and Special Events.  The division is also responsible for developing marketing plans and advertising schedules, preparing news releases, and responding to complaints. The Marketing division office is located at the Convention Center at 1 Beachview Drive.

The Sales Staff attends trade shows and coordinates mail outs targeting large meeting or convention groups, group tours, and golf groups. The sales staff provides liaison services between the Convention Center, hotels and meeting planners.

The Welcome Center staff provides guests with information about Jekyll Island and the surrounding area. The Welcome Center has a toll free number and can be reached at 1-877-4JEKYLL.
