We are very excited about the four (4) proposals we received in response to our RFP 244, and we understand there is an enormous amount of excitement in the process the Jekyll Island Authority will be using to evaluate the proposers. The selection Committee for RFP244 met on Monday, August 27th and has shortlisted three (3) firms for the interview portion of the selection process. These firms are:

| The winning proposer, Linger Longer Company, will be displaying the model of their proposed Beach Community in the Great Room of Villa Ospo, 381 Riverview Drive Jekyll Island, GA 31527 starting Friday, October 19 2007. |
